JANUARY 29, 2022

We're freezin' for a reason!

Join Rotaractors across Canada as we jump into freezing cold Canadian waters to raise funds for The Rotary Foundation's Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Fund. In districts across the country, all participants will be jumping into the ice cold water at the same time, making one big splash!

Then, districts will host their own supplementary events to celebrate the occasion. Information on each district's celebration will be posted here as it becomes available.

WATER IS A
HUMAN RIGHT.

Yet over 100 communities across Canada do not have access to safe drinking water– most are First Nations communities.

Tackling water access in Canada

Rotaract Canada is currently in preliminary discussions to engage a Global Grant Project surrounding access to clean drinking water in Canada. This project will be jointly undertaken by the Rotaract clubs with membership into the MDIO, as well as friend Rotary clubs. If you or your club is interested in participating in the project, we would love to hear from you.
