Let's ACT: Bridging Interact & Rotaract

Celebrating World Interact Week by celebrating our youngest members.

Increasingly in Rotary we talk about retention between Rotaract and Rotary, but where do all the Interactors go? Some stay in the Rotary family, but many don't. This panel explores the reasons why, and discusses how together, we can build a home for all.

A social circle for newcomers, an incubator for leadership skills, a doorway into a lifetime in Rotary: Interact serves many purposes across the region and across the globe. But when Interactors age-out, what influences whether or not they stay in the Rotary family?

Hear from a panel of Rotaract leaders each with beautifully diverse Interact stories about why they did stay, and why they feel others didn't. Through a moderated roundtable discussion and an opportunity for attendees to ask their own questions, we can create solutions to bridge the gap between Interact and Rotaract, improving our new generations experiences and growing the Rotary family.

This event took place November 7, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. ET and was recorded for later viewing. The recording can be found below.
